Visitation & Welfare Ministry

The Visitation & Welfare Ministry at RCCG Restoration House Calgary is dedicated to demonstrating Christ’s love through care, compassion, and support for individuals and families within the church and the community. This ministry ensures that every member feels valued, supported, and connected, especially during significant life moments.

Our Mission:
To extend God’s love and comfort by providing practical and spiritual support to members of the church and community during times of joy, need, or difficulty.

What We Do:

  • Visitations:
    • Visit members who are sick, hospitalized, or homebound to provide encouragement, prayer, and fellowship.
    • Celebrate joyous occasions such as weddings, childbirth, and graduations with members.
    • Offer support during challenging times like bereavement or major life changes.
  • Welfare Support:
    • Provide assistance to members facing financial, emotional, or material needs.
    • Organize food, clothing, and resource drives to support those in need within the church and community.
    • Collaborate with other ministries to address holistic needs of members.
  • Prayer and Encouragement:
    • Offer spiritual guidance and intercessory prayers for individuals and families.
    • Provide counseling and encouragement during difficult seasons.
  • Community Outreach:
    • Extend the ministry’s reach beyond the church walls by supporting community-based initiatives and programs that align with our mission.
