Our vision with this department is to create an educational environment for developing leaders of influence and global impact for the 21st century. “That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works – 2 Timothy 3:17”.
We do this through the following programs:

- Workers in Training
- School of Disciples (SOD)
- The Redeemer’s Leadership Institute (RLI)
